Deliveries and shipping 

As all of our products are handmade, shipping times may vary. We always aim to ship orders within 10 working days and will contact you if this cannot be fulfilled. Depending on the items purchased, you may receive it earlier. If you need an order by a certain date please contact us and we will do all we can to make it happen for you. 

Shipping to the UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland) is free. You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return it please inform us using our contact page or by emailing us directly at: contact@madebyhunter.com. Returns must be sent to us in perfect condition and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Any return request received outside of the 14 days will not be accepted. 

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised products unless the item is faulty.

If there is a fault with your order please contact us immediately at – contact@madebyhunter.com and we will aim to rectify this as soon as possible. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns unless a product is agreed to be faulty by Made By Hunter or has been received damaged or incorrect.
